Welcome to Pooools, a platform for creating and managing talent pools. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Candidates Terms and Conditions

Invite-Only Mode

Our platform operates on an invite-only mode, which means that access to our talent pools is limited to those who have been invited by our organization. We reserve the right to deny access to any person for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Handpick Model

We use a handpick model to select candidates for our talent pools. This means that even if you are invited to our platform, you may not be selected to join a talent pool if we determine that you are not the best fit for the position.

Free Access to Talent Pools

If you successfully pass all of our filters and are selected to join a talent pool, you will have access to the platform and its resources at no charge.

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile on our platform. If we determine that you have provided false or misleading information, we reserve the right to ban you from our platform for life.

Obligation to Report Job Offers

If you find a job through our platform, you have the obligation to report it to us. This is to help us track our metrics and apply to any bonuses or incentives that may be available.

Companies Terms and Conditions

1. Free Use of the Platform

The use of our platform is completely free. However, we offer additional services and features that may be subject to a fee.

2. Job Posting Fees

2.1 Job posting on our platform includes a fee of €100 per job post per talent pool.

2.2 If you wish to feature your job posting, an additional cost of €500 must be paid. This includes appearing at the top of the talent pool's job listings, promotion on our blog and newsletter, and priority attention from the talent pool owner.

3. Success Fee Model

3.1 Pooools will only charge a fee if you hire a candidate through our platform. The success fee is 5% of the candidate's first year gross salary.

3.2 The success fee must be paid no later than 14 days after the candidate's onboarding.

4. Refunds

4.1 You are eligible for a full refund of the success fee if the candidate you hire leaves your company or is terminated within 3 months of their start date.

5. Reporting Hires

5.1 If you hire a candidate through our platform, you have the obligation to notify us and pay the success fee. Failure to do so may result in legal action taken to claim the success fee.

5.2 Attempting to lower the candidate's first-year salary to reduce the success fee will result in legal action taken to claim the remaining fee.

6.Contractual Agreement

6.1 In the event that you have a separate contractual agreement with Pooools that includes terms and conditions, the terms and conditions outlined in that contract will supersede and take precedence over any conflicting terms outlined in this document.

6.2 In case of any discrepancy between the terms outlined in this document and any contractual agreement, the terms outlined in the contractual agreement will be considered as the final and binding terms and conditions.

Talent Pool Owner’s Terms and Conditions

1. Fees

1.1 As a talent pool owner, you will receive 50% of the fees collected when a company hires a candidate from your talent pool.

1.2 Fees will be paid 90 days after the candidate's hire date, to avoid any potential refunds that the company may request in case the candidate leaves the job after 90 days.

2. Exclusivity

2.1 As a talent pool owner, you can only have a talent pool with our company. If you create a talent pool with another company, we will impose a sanction, reducing your commission from 50% to 25%.

3. Contractual Agreement

3.1 In the event that you have a separate contractual agreement with Pooools that includes terms and conditions, the terms and conditions outlined in that contract will supersede and take precedence over any conflicting terms outlined in this document.

3.2 In case of any discrepancy between the terms outlined in this document and any contractual agreement, the terms outlined in the contractual agreement will be considered as the final and binding terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions (applies to all the users of the platform)

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or applicable laws. By using the Pooools platform, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms and conditions.
